As an official observer organization to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) process, YES-Europe attended the Bonn Climate Conference (SB60) that took place early this month. The Subsidiary Bodies (SBs) of the UNFCCC convene twice a year, once in Bonn and a second time during COP. The Bonn climate talks lay the
