YES-Europe makes a contribution to sustainable, future-oriented and safe solutions in the field of energy. We are creating a network of future energy decision-makers from a wide variety of disciplines and countries. We bring students and young professionals together to exchange ideas and united by the idea that as young people, we have a responsibility to take an active part in the debate on the future of energy.

We will be working on new and exciting projects, such as writing articles and creating a podcast and also collaborating with other local teams at YES-Europe. I’m excited to be part of YES-Europe (Young leaders in Energy and Sustainability), motivated and ready to learn more about energy and sustainability with young professionals in Europe. At the same time, I am ready to help raise public awareness of the environmental topics such as climate change.
I’m currently a sustainability consultant at a Big 4 firm in Cyprus, which sparked my passion for sustainability. As a country representative, I will lead the team to gain a platform among Cypriot young people and start-ups.
In May 2022 I had a conversation with the country representative of Greece and she shared with me the vision of YES-Europe. This conversation inspired me to be part of this organization and after the relevant procedures I was selected as the country representative of Cyprus.
I believe that people can change everything as long as they want to and believe in it. YES Europe is an effort from a group of people to share energy and sustainability knowledge and raise community awareness. There is an effort to build a new culture around energy and sustainability and I am convinced that YES can play a vital role throughout Europe. Also, a very important element of YES Europe is the involvement of young people in this effort. Young people have the vision to make radical changes and bring the change we want with a different culture around energy and sustainability.
